In the winter of 2015, Nobuhisa and Yuko Takahashi opened TAKAHASHI in South Wimbledon.

We welcome a maximum of 8 guests per day, creating an intimate and exclusive atmosphere where each guest can enjoy a carefully considered dining experience, with personal attention given to every detail.

Our cuisine is deeply rooted in Japanese traditions, bringing together carefully hand-picked ingredients to showcase their natural qualities and clean, delicate flavours. Nobuhisa thoughtfully designs each seasonal menu with a focus on balance, seasonality and nutrition, creating a harmonious dining experience that reflects the essence of Japanese cuisine.
