BOOKING POLICY
For the Omakase menu, we require a 50% deposit at the time of reservation. Starting June 1, 2024, a 3% administration fee will be applied to any cancellations, regardless of the reason (including sickness).
FOR A PARTY OF 1 AND 2 PEOPLE
The deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled or rescheduled at least 72 hours prior to your reservation date. However, it is non-refundable in the event of a no-show, or if the reservation is cancelled or rescheduled less than 72 hours before the reservation time.
In cases of a no-show, or if the reservation is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the reserved time, the remaining 50% balance of the full Omakase menu price will be charged.
Please be aware that reducing the number of guests within 72 hours of the reserved time will make the deposit non-refundable. Reducing the number of guests within 48 hours of the reserved time will result in a charge for the remaining balance of the full menu price.
FOR A PARTY OF 3 AND 4 PEOPLE
The deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled or rescheduled at least 96 hours prior to your reservation date. However, it is non-refundable in the event of a no-show, or if the reservation is cancelled or rescheduled less than 96 hours before the reservation time.
In cases of a no-show, or if the reservation is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the reserved time, the remaining 50% balance of the full Omakase menu price will be charged.

Our booking policy has been designed to ensure that we can provide the best possible experience to all of our guests while maintaining the quality of our service and the integrity of our menu. To maintain this standard, we serve only one portion of each course per person. If a guest is not seated when a course is served due to reasons such as late arrival or a last-minute reduction in the number of guests (with less than 48 hours' notice), that particular course will not be served to the table, nor can it be packaged for takeaway.
