Our Omakase menu consists of two main components. It begins with "Otsumami," a series of dishes featuring raw or cooked fish and shellfish paired with seasonal produce, followed by sushi. Each dish is carefully prepared in our kitchen with a commitment to perfect texture, temperature, and timing.
Our sushi is served one piece at a time to allow diners to savor each unique dish. Chef Taka designs the menu daily, ensuring a unique experience each time, with the inclusion of meat depending on the day. Additionally, supplementary sushi options may be available (subject to availability). The meal concludes with dessert and tea.
Any bookings made on or after June 1, 2024, will incur a 3% administration fee in case of cancellation. You can view our complete booking policy here.
